“There is not a creature in this place of trials that is free from fear. It is the work of Maya that no one can enjoy perpetual happiness. A cat plays with a mouse; in a similar manner Maya plays the cruel game with the creatures of the world; but she is afraid of those that have sought protection of Krishna.”

“বাবা , এ পরীক্ষা স্থলে ভয় নাই এমন জীব নাই । নিত্য সুখে কেহই থাকিতে পারে না , ইহাই মায়ার খেলা , বিড়াল যেমন শিকার করিয়া তাকে নিয়ে খেলে , এক একবার ছেড়ে দেয় , তখন ইঁদুরটি মুক্ত ভাবিয়া একটু আনন্দ পায় , কিন্তু পরক্ষণই আবার দ্বিগুণ বলে আক্রান্ত হইয়া মর মর হয় , তেমনই মায়া জীবগণকে লইয়া খেলিতেছে তবে যারা কৃষ্ণপদাশ্রয় লইয়াছে মায়া তাদের নিকট আর পঁহুছিতে সাহস পায় না ।”
